Wellbeing Skills Courses
For those seeking effective tools and tips for
improving wellbeing.
In outworking our passion to strengthen the resilience, self-esteem and wellbeing of those in the community, we offer a range of community-based Wellbeing Skills Courses.
Courses are either in-person female cohorts (Day Courses) or available online (Online Wānanga) and facilitated by our experienced team. Our courses are suitable for those aged 16 and over.
Our heart is to empower participants and grow their confidence in utilising effective tools in caring for their wellbeing.

Develop a personal Wellbeing Kete (kit) to nurture hauora.
Skills learnt include:
Discover new insights, build a more positive and resilient sense of self and develop confidence to improve your skills in connecting with others.
Holistic approach based on Christian principles and values utilising proven and successful techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance and Self-soothing.
Safe environment where course participants work together at the start of each course to establish guidelines that demonstrates respect and honour for each person and maintains their mana.

Our Wellbeing Short courses run for six weeks and will be held on Thursdays and Fridays on the North Shore, Auckland.
