The desire to be a part of something significant is within all of us. We're about transforming lives, so join our Volunteers Team and make a difference in the lives of both the young women we work with, and their communities throughout Aotearoa!
We have volunteer opportunities at the Home, from grocery shopping, gardening working bees, administration support and general house maintenance. If you’re not local to the North Shore of Auckland then we may have opportunities in your local community.
If you are interested in exploring how you might use your skills to support and impact the work of A Girl Called Hope, get in touch for a volunteer application form.
It takes a village
National Volunteers week is in June each year but we are grateful for our volunteers all year round!
Our incredible volunteers are an important part of our team bringing their skills and expertise, donating over 350 hours this past year.
‘he aha te mea nui o te ao? Māku e kī atu, he tangata, he tangata, he tangata’
What is the most important thing in this world? It is people, it is people, it is people.
Our Amazing Volunteers
In celebration of National Volunteers week in June, we honoured our incredible volunteers who enable the life-changing work of A Girl Called Hope to take place.
From grocery shopping, making over our gardens, receipting and general house maintenance, our volunteers contribute greatly to the smooth running of things at the Home.
We also benefit from the volunteers that donate their time to selling hundreds of ice creams for us at fundraisers every year. To find out how you can be involved, click the button below.
