We are committed to removing financial barriers to anyone accessing our Courses, so while there is a charge, it is on a ‘pay what you can afford’ basis.

The aim of the ‘connect’ course is to empower you to build thriving connections both now and in the future with yourself, your community, and your environment.
Wellbeing Skills Toolkits
Toolkits are interactive and facilitated online and in real-time.
Each course session is 90 minutes and runs for 4 weeks either during the morning or evening.
Toolkits are focussed on skills practice and are psycho-educational. They are not therapy groups, although we do discuss therapeutic concepts.
Best suited for those who are 16yrs & over, this online option means it accessible wherever you are.
Grow
Recognise what impacts your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
Apply tools to improve their overall wellbeing.
Implement mindfulness and grounding skills to better regulate emotions.
Determine how ‘doing everyday life well’ looks for them.
The aim of the ‘grow’ course is to empower you to discover and grow in your resilience. Learn tools to help you in the moment when you’re experiencing distress, grow in your ability to strengthen your wellbeing and to maintain changes from your past.
Relational Toolkit
This toolkit course will help you grow your confidence to use effective communication skills for stronger relationships based on mutual understanding. Develop practical skills to compassionately grow your self-awareness and to help you increase trust and respect in your everyday relationships. You will learn a range of mindfulness and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) strategies to improve your overall wellbeing.
Who is this for? The way that we are connected and connect with others can be as fulfilling as solving a puzzle that everyone else got stuck doing. It can also be like a crack on your phone screen that keeps growing until eventually you aren’t able to see anything at all. We all interact with people and people can be complex – including ourselves! Effective and strong communication skills, and understanding the roles that people take on in relationships are keys to help you build respectful and meaningful connections. By engaging in fulfilling relationships, and identifying the signs of toxic relationships, your stress is reduced and your self-worth is strengthened as you take ownership of your choices. This Course will help you to: Grow your confidence to use effective communication skills for stronger relationships based on mutual understanding. Develop practical skills to compassionately grow your self-awareness and to help you increase trust and respect in your everyday relationships. Learn a range of mindfulness and CBT strategies* to improve your overall wellbeing. Who is this Course for: Anyone tired of the drama in their life and keen to learn ways to form more meaningful relationships with the significant people in their lives. Those looking for better ways to deal with conflict and are open to trying new skills to better respond to challenging situations.
Resilience Toolkit
Learn to recognise and understand your emotions better so that you can take charge of them instead of them controlling you. This course will help you gain practical skills to bounce back from tough situations and move through. Discover how living out of your ‘why’ helps you grow in resilience. Grow in your confidence to make tiny changes that make a big difference in your resilience journey.
Who is this for? We all face challenging times in our lives, but it’s how we respond to them that can make a difference. Resilience is being able to bounce back from difficult life events and not let them keep you down. Even with difficult life events, resilience allows us to gather the inner strength to keep going. The good news is that resilience is something that you can build. This course will help you to: Recognise and understand your emotions better so that you can take charge of them instead of them controlling you. Gain practical skills to bounce back from tough situations and move through. Discover how living out of your ‘why’ helps you grow in resilience. Thinking Toolkit
This course will help you improve your confidence to take charge of your life as you explore the connection between your thinking and your reactions. Create new pathways as you identify your thinking roadblocks and explore techniques to break them down. Learn a range of mindfulness and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) strategies to improve your overall wellbeing.
Who is this for? It’s hard to feel good and have fun when your negative and self-critical thinking keeps you worried or lacking in motivation. Change and stressful experiences can keep us stuck in unhelpful cycles of bad choices. The good news is that you can interrupt those cycles and create new pathways to better manage your thoughts and improve the way you feel! This course will help you to: Improve your confidence to take charge of your life as you explore the connection between your thinking and your reactions. Create new pathways as you identify your thinking roadblocks and explore techniques to break them down. Learn a range of mindfulness and CBT strategies* to improve your overall wellbeing. Who this course is for: Those who are feeling stuck or finding it difficult to focus on their normal everyday activities and would love to learn how to get out of unhelpful cycles. Anyone ready and willing to learn new skills to make better decisions for their wellbeing. Those looking for better ways, both now and in the long-term, to change repeated patterns of thinking that leave them feeling low or anxious.
