Our Residential Wellbeing Programme for young women from across Aotearoa requires a solid team.
Residents, aged between 16 and 28, have a strong desire for change in pursuit of wellness. Our hand-picked team provide safety and aroha for that journey of change during the Residential Wellbeing phase of programme.
The home is based on the North Shore of Auckland and a full New Zealand Drivers' Licence is required. All applicants are responsible to ensure eligibility to work in Aotearoa.
Kaitautoko - Night & Weekend
(shifts 8am - 5pm, 4:30pm - 8:30am)
Positions become available throughout the year on this team. As it involves shift work on week nights and weekends the role is more suited to those who are available to sleep overnight and who have own transport. Ideally the applicant may be training in, or has experience with, social services such as social work, youth work, teaching, nursing or mental health. However, applications are invited from those with a keen interest in this area of care. This position includes helping supervise programme activities and supporting residents within a therapeutic environment.
Alignment with the vision and values of A Girl Called Hope is essential. It is preferable that applicants are 20yrs or older and eligibility to work in Aotearoa is a necessity. A current Full New Zealand Drivers Licence is required. Successful applicant must be available for training and induction
