A Girl Called Hope Partnership Terms and Conditions
Recurring Credit Card Payment
- You give A Girl Called Hope permission to charge your credit card with monthly payments of the dollar amount chosen by you.
- If any payment charged to your Credit Card is unsuccessful for any reason, A Girl Called Hope will continue to make payments and if still unsuccessful will notify you.
- A Girl Called Hope will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, expenses or delays in the transmission of any payment under your Recurring Partnership Plan or for any unsuccessful payment.
- In the event of any change in your Credit Card number or Credit Card expiry date used for your Recurring Partnership Plan, please notify A Girl Called Hope by phoning 09 443 7136 or emailing info@agirlcalledhope.org.nz (please do not email full credit card details).
Automatic Bank Payment
- You agree to the terms and conditions listed on the bottom of the Automatic Payment Form.
- You give A Girl Called Hope permission to automate your Automatic Bank Payment if the relevant form has been filled out correctly and returned to them.
- If Automatic Bank Payments need to be cancelled, your bank needs to be informed in writing and please notify A Girl Called Hope also.
- In the event of any change in your bank account number used for your Recurring Partnership Plan, please notify your bank and amend accordingly.
- A Girl Called Hope will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, expenses or delays in the transmission of any payment under your Recurring Partnership Plan or for any unsuccessful payment.
A Girl Called Hope reserves the right to vary, modify, add or delete any of these terms at any time without prior notice or reason.
Tax receipts for regular payments will be sent at the end of each financial year.
A Girl Called Hope is committed to keeping you informed about the work we are doing. A monthly update will be sent via email so please advise us of any change in your contact details.
